What is the PMAY scheme?
The PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) scheme is a flagship mission of the Government of India that addresses the housing shortage among the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). It aims to provide a house at an affordable price to the economically weaker sections of society. Those eligible under the set criteria may avail themselves a subsidy of Rs. 2.50 lakhs.
How to register for PMAY scheme?
The applicant has to register on CIDCO website – (www.cidcohomes.com).
What are the eligibility criteria to apply for CIDCO HOME?
Applicant can see the Online Registration booklet for the eligibility criteria details on CIDCO website www.cidcohomes.com
What are the documents required for registration?
Applicant can see the CIDCO website. Details are given in the information booklet.
When will the lottery will be announced?
The lottery will be announced soon. Applicant must visit the CIDCO website (www.cidcohomes.com) in regular interval. Additionally, we will send notifications through CIDCO app and SMS to all registered applicants. Online Registration is opening on 12th October 2024.
Is it mandatory to download the CIDCO HOME app?
No, it is not mandatory for applicant to download the app. However, it is suggested to download the app. CIDCO will keep sending notifications on all relevant information both on mobile application and also on website.
How much is the Online Registration fee?
The registration fee is Rs. 236/- (inclusive of GST). This fee is one-time non-refundable amount.
What is the validity of the registration?
The registration will be valid till CIDCO PMAY Project is fully subscribed. CIDCO is opening sale of 67000 home. These homes will be allotted in phases to customers.
Do I need to pay Rs. 236/- and register every time CIDCO announces its allotment in phases?
No, this is one time payment and is valid till completion of CIDCO PMAY projects.
What will be the further process after the registration is done?
Once an applicant is registered, he will be asked to give 15 preferences out of 26000 tenements. After this the applicant has to pay booking amount & qualify for lottery. The house allotment is through CIDCO lottery system.
What are the locations in which CIDCO is announcing its project?
CIDCO is announcing it projects in various location in Navi Mumbai. In total 26000 out of 67000 homes are being announced in phase 1. Further details are available in CIDCO website
What are the RERA number of each project of CIDCO?
Applicant can see this information on the CIDCO website – www.cidcohomes.com
What are the number of bedrooms and sizes of homes under EWS or LIG category?
Under EWS category, the carpet area is 322 sq.ft. (1 BHK) and under LIG category, the sizes of the houses are 398 sq.ft. (1 BHK) and 540 sq.ft. (2 BHK)
What is this “My Preferred CIDCO Home?”
Under this lottery that is “MY PREFERRED CIDCO HOME”, CIDCO is giving an opportunity to interested buyers to choose project, tower and number of floors. For further details on the process, you can view the information booklet
Till when can I register for the lottery?
Interested applicant must register as early as possible. The registration is open for 30 Days
What is the price of each home under various carpet area?
The price will be announced soon. The prices will be less compared to the other projects.
