What is the PMAY scheme?

The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is a Government of India initiative to provide affordable housing to EWS beneficiaries. Eligible applicants may avail a subsidy of ₹2.50 lakh, subject to scheme conditions.

How to register for the PMAY scheme?

Applicants can register for the December 2025 CIDCO housing scheme by clicking on the “Login Here” button at the top of the page.

What are the eligibility criteria to apply for CIDCO HOME?

Eligibility conditions are detailed in the online registration booklet available under the downloads / helpdesk section.

What are the documents required for registration?

The list of required documents is available in the Online Registration Booklet ( available under the downloads / helpdesk section) or under the “About Us” section on the CIDCO Homes website.

When will the lottery will be announced?

The lottery for the December 2025 scheme will be announced soon. Applicants must visit the CIDCO website (www.cidcohomes.com) at regular intervals. Additionally, we will send notifications through the CIDCO app and SMS to all registered applicants. Online Registration for the December 2025 scheme is now open.

What will be the further process after the registration is done?

The preference window will open which will allow the applicants to give 15 preferences out of the available inventory. After this the applicant has to pay the booking amount which qualifies him for the lottery. The allotment of the houses is done through the CIDCO lottery.

What are the locations in which CIDCO is announcing its project?

For the December 2025 scheme, CIDCO has announced 16,876 homes across 9 locations in Navi Mumbai . You can find the details under the “CIDCO projects “ page.

What are the number of bedrooms and sizes of homes under EWS or LIG category?

CIDCO offers 1 BHK and 2 BHK homes.
Carpet Area:
● 1 BHK: 322 – 398 sq. ft.
● 2 BHK: 540 – 567 sq. ft.

What does “ My Preferred CIDCO home” mean?

It is a special opportunity where CIDCO allows the interested buyers to choose the project, tower and number of floors during the preference window. For details, refer to the Online registration booklet (available under the downloads / helpdesk section).

Till when can I register for the lottery?

Registration for the December 2025 scheme is currently open. Applicants are encouraged to register at the earliest.

What is the price of each home under various carpet area?

Prices vary based on location and project. All homes are priced significantly below prevailing market rates. Visit the CIDCO Projects section for more information

What is LIG?

LIG stands for Lower Income Group. Applicants with an annual family income above ₹6 lakh fall under the LIG category. For detailed criteria, please refer to the online registration booklet available under the downloads / helpdesk section.

What is EWS?

EWS stands for Economically Weaker Section. It includes applicants with an annual family income of ₹6 lakh or below. For complete eligibility details, please refer to the online registration booklet available under the downloads /help desk section.

When will the preference window open?

The preference selection window for the December 2025 scheme will open on 11th Feb 2026. Registrations are currently open.
